Yemisi Akinrinade is Managing Partner at Concinnity, a management consulting firm providing a broad range of business and strategic consulting services to help clients achieve their goals. Yemisi brings a unique perspective to Concinnity through her solid understanding of cross-sectoral and cross-disciplinary approach to issues, and deep local knowledge and global outlook.

A co-founder of Concinnity, Yemisi guides the firm’s strategic direction and market positioning, and is responsible for fostering business growth and ensuring financial sustainability. She has over 25 years of experience in management consulting and has worked in a variety of consulting firms prior to Concinnity. A catalyst for change, Yemisi’s functional expertise includes providing strategic and tactical direction, and re-structuring operations for improved performance. She is a lateral thinker, an advocate of the third way perspective and has a tendency to remain pragmatic and focused in fluid environments.

Yemisi sits on the board of various organisations and brings great enthusiasm, consistently high standards and a commitment to an open and honest approach to work. She enjoys the thrill of launching new enterprises and driving the success of existing businesses, and is a sought after speaker and presenter for conferences and industry events.

A graduate of New York University with a Master’s in Public Administration and University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science degree, Yemisi is an alumna of London School of Economics as a PhD Candidate.

Philip is Concinnity’s chief business and marketing strategy architect, applying his extensive knowledge of strategy and systems thinking to the task of small business growth. Philip is technically skilled in finance, accounting and banking, management, and known for accuracy, professionalism, and skilfulness in analysing issues and providing practicable solutions for diverse-industry organizations, employers and corporate individuals.

Philip’s career spans 30 years of experience in banking, manufacturing, education, consulting and research, and skilled in administrative, financial management and accountability, and highly effective in program and projects delivery. A graduate of Chartered Institute Of Shipping of Nigeria ACIS, 2009 and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria ACIT (1999), Phillip has MSc in Banking & Finance (1991) University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria ACA (1991) Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN); HND (1983) in Business Administration (Distinction),  and Diploma (1981) Chartered Institute of Marketing, London.
